Taichi Erskine is an accomplished editor known for his sharp comedic instincts and his skillful handling of grounded, character-driven storytelling. His work on the Emmy-nominated PEN15 helped capture the awkward hilarity and emotional depth of adolescence, while on the critically acclaimed Deli Boys, he brought fast-paced energy and precision to the series’ offbeat humor.

Taichi has collaborated with an impressive range of creators, including Rachel Sennott, Erin Foster, Ben Sinclair, Maya Erskine, and Sam Esmail, bringing both comedic timing and a sensitivity to performance that extends beyond comedy into more dramatic territory.

Equally at home cutting laugh-out-loud moments or scenes that lean into tension and nuance, Taichi is drawn to stories that live in the space between humor and heart. He most recently completed work on the second season of the hit Netflix comedy series “Nobody Wants This” as well as the first season of the critically-acclaimed HBO series “I Love LA.”

A member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild, Taichi is represented by Eastern Talent Agency.
